Flashback Friday: BCCC’s beginnings

Between the Cold War, the Vietnam War, and Watergate, 1972 is a year remembered for its heightened emotions. It was also, however, the year BCCC was founded. Originally formed as RSVP, BCCC was borne out of the desire to help reconnect retirees to their community through volunteerism. After 46 years BCCC may look different, but at our core we are still the same organization, dedicated to helping all people better connect with their community in Boulder County.
