Weld County Volunteer Services for Seniors

Cultivate now offers volunteer services for seniors in Weld County! We’re so excited to expand our community and provide more services to more seniors in Colorado.

We currently offer our Carry-Out Caravan grocery services, PhoneBuddies, and our SHOP program (Seniors Helping Other People) – a Fix-It service specifically for mobility ramps – in Weld County. We hope to provide more services to Weld County soon, but in the meantime, we’re ready to support more seniors and connect with caring volunteers. Learn more about our services below!

Carry-Out Caravan

Our Carry-Out Caravan program connects members of the community with seniors who face the challenge of securing reliable access to groceries. Our friendly volunteers provide caring assistance throughout the entire process of ordering, purchasing, and delivering groceries from our partner, King Soopers, straight to seniors’ homes.

SHOP: Fix-It Service for Mobility Ramps

Our Weld County SHOP (Seniors Helping Other People) program is part of our Fix-It services. We connect members of the community with seniors who face the challenge of building and maintaining mobility ramps for their homes. A well-supported ramp is essential for seniors who use wheelchairs or walkers and need mobility assistance.
