You can start requesting services after we receive your paperwork. You may have to wait up to 1 week to receive your first delivery.

Clients are responsible for paying for their own groceries with a credit or debit card, but our volunteer-powered shopping and delivery is completely free!

Longmont: Longmont grocery orders are taken on Mondays from 8am to 3pm. Groceries are delivered every Tuesday.

Broomfield and Golden West: Broomfield and Golden West grocery orders are taken on Tuesdays from 8am to 3pm. Groceries are delivered every Wednesday.

Boulder and surrounding areas: Boulder grocery orders are taken on Wednesdays from 8am to 3pm. Groceries are delivered every Thursday.

Greeley and surrounding areas: Greeley grocery orders are taken Wednesdays from 1pm to 3pm. Groceries are delivered every Thursday.

No. The only accepted forms of payment are credit or debit cards.

Not at this time. Since we are volunteer based it’s often difficult to find volunteers to provide services in more remote areas.

No, but please remember, that delivering one item can be time-consuming for the volunteer.

Yes; we have a limit on the number of total items and a number of large items. Once you've enrolled you'll receive those guidelines and other ordering information.

Unfortunately, EBT/food stamps are unable to be used; we must have a valid credit or debit card on file to pay for your grocery order.

We are unable to accept digital or paper coupons for your order. We do use a King Soopers card that applies all current sale prices to your order.

Since volunteers use their personal vehicles for VetsGo, we are not equipped to provide rides that require wheelchair accessibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide rides for Medicaid-approved medical appointments. If you are on Medicaid and looking for a ride, call Intelliride (303-398-2155), they are the Medicaid transportation provider!

No. Our volunteers will come once per season to provide simple yard cleanup.

We provide our volunteers with basic hand tools. The client is responsible for any specialty tools needed for the job (except for volunteer transportation).

Cultivate will provide our volunteers with a snow shovel. But, if you have one available for your volunteer to use, that means they don’t have to bring it with them!

If there is more than an inch of snow and no forecast of sun (melting) the volunteer will come within 24 hours after it stops snowing.

Not necessarily; SnowBusters intends to keep your sidewalks clear and provide you safe access in and out of your house.

If you have Ice Melt that you want to be used, please let your volunteer know. They do not provide Ice Melt.

Once we receive your volunteer application a convenient time is set up for orientation. Your volunteer placement will be confirmed and a date will be set up for you to start.

It should take no more than 40 minutes.

We are asked by the federal government to collect this data in aggregate. No personal information is ever released to a third party without your approval.

We have supplemental insurance for our volunteers and are working to get more local business benefits for our volunteers.

Yes! We will find a volunteer opportunity that meets your abilities. Everyone has something they can contribute!
