Upcoming Events - December 2018
There are a number of great events happening throughout Boulder County to finish off the year. We have opportunities to enjoy the sparkling Colorado wintertime and indoor occasions to stay cozy and warm. Every month, we share some of the events we’ll be attending as well as others that we know you’ll love to hear about. Read on for December 2018’s upcoming events:
December: Every Sunday
Boulder Comedy Show
2017 13th Street, Boulder
Stop by the Bohemian Biergarten every Sunday at either 7pm or 9:15pm for Boulder’s longest running comedy show. With comedians who have been featured on major talk and comedy shows, you’re sure to have a laugh. Seats are limited at the Biergarten, so stop by early to snag a spot. December 3rd | 7pm
The Nobel Lecture Series
1107 Pearl Street, Boulder
Presented by Rimgaila Salys, Professor Emerita of Russian Studies, this lecture focuses on the works of Boris Pasternak, a noted Russian poet and novelist who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1958. December 7th–8th | 5pm
Longmont Lights
700 Longs Peak Avenue, Longmont
This year’s Longmont Lights holiday celebration will be joyous with live reindeer, ice sculpting, food trucks, and live music. The festival ends on Saturday with the Jingle Bell Rock parade along Main Street. Join in on all the fun and find more information on the Longmont city website.

Boulder Chorale Holiday Concert
1421 Spruce Street, Boulder
Join six different Boulder choir groups for a spectacular holiday concert. Over 200 singers will perform your favorite holiday tunes. The event also features a Holiday Market with handmade baked goods and crafts. You can find more information on the Boulder Chorale website.

Boulder Symphony GLOW Concert
1820 15th Street, Boulder
This dementia and sensory-friendly concert series provides individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, caregivers, and family and friends an enjoyable afternoon of music with members of the Boulder Symphony. For more information about the concert series visit the Boulder Symphony website.
