New Year, New Us!

2017 was a year full of growth and change for Boulder County CareConnect. A new office, new additions to our family, new website, and the launch of an exciting new adventure—to change our name, our visual brand, and the ways in which we invite our community to participate in our story. 

As we enter the new year, we have no intention of slowing down. And while we continue to honor and learn from our past, we look forward to growing toward a new us in 2018 by embracing further changes to the ways in which we live out our identity and mission. Embracing change, after all, is one of our core values, and we know that by doing this we will be able to become a community that better embraces and serves our senior neighbors.

Our first step toward the new us in 2018 is to introduce you to our new blog. This blog will serve as an online home for a variety of stories, interviews, news, videos, and other resources. Our desire is that it will not only allow us to communicate with you about our work, but it will also provide ways for you to more fully participate in our community.

More information about the new us in 2018—our new name and visual rebranding—will soon be shared in greater detail. We also have a number of other storytelling initiatives launching in the coming weeks and months, both here on the blog and out in the community. And we want you to be a part of it all. So, join us and keep an eye out for many exciting changes in 2018!
